Shipping & Return Policy


1. Ces Femme only allows returns on defective items.
2. Ces Femme does not allow returns on sale items, closeouts or special orders.
3. In order to return, a RA# (Return Authorization Number) is required.
4. In order to request an RA#, the buyer must email the following: invoice number, company name, style number, quantity, color, size, reason, pictures
5. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Packages that have been opened or are not in their original packaging are not accepted.
7. The original shipping and handling cost is not refundable.
8. A fee is charged for returned checks.
9. Ces Femme can be contacted about the return policy via the following email address info@cesfemme.com.
10. Buyers have 7 days to make a return claim on defective merchandise, to avoid a restocking fee of 20%.
11. Buyers are reimbursed for defective items through store credit.
12. Ces Femme will provide return labels to the buyer for return shipping fees for defective merchandise.
13. Buyers have 5 days to make a return claim on non-defective merchandise.
14. Buyers are reimbursed for non-defective items through store credit.
15. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees of non-defective merchandise.
16. All returns on non-defective merchandise are subject to restocking fees of 30%.
17. Returns of non-defective merchandise after the return deadlines will not be accepted.
18. Most sales are not subject to a refund. In most cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
19. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be canceled.
20. All international sales are final. Ces Femme does not accept returns for International customers.
21. Returns for private label merchandise is case by case.



1. Send the image of the defective piece(s), invoice number, style number, color, quantity, and size to our e-mail info@cesfemme.com 
2. Please state your company name and wait for our response, which is usually within 1-2 business days.
3. All damage claims must send the listed information to e-mail only. Claims will not be settled through the phone.
4. Any incomplete or missing information will result in delays in processing the return request.
5. To expedite the return process, the RA form with the valid RA# must be placed inside the return package and the valid RA# must be written on the return box.

www.cesfemme.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as 2-Day Air, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed, but this depends on the volume of orders we receive. Our busiest times start from August until the end of the year. Expedited orders placed before 10:00 am PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. 

All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles California via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Ces Femme ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by UPS. Third party carrier options are available upon request. (Please contact us in advance for the additional information and its arrangement)

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO or FPO address (USPS options are available for PO Boxes). Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review in which case the customer will need to be contacted. This can delay the shipping time. Ces Femme cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories:
Only standard delivery is available.
All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.
U.S. territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.


We provide international shipping including Canada, UK, Europe, South America upon arrangement. International clients may wish to use a freight forwarder, and please contact us for additional information for shipping quotation. All International sales are final.


Backordered styles will ship as they arrive without contact from us unless you request otherwise in the special comments field on the order. Shipping charged on all backorder shipments.

*Quoted shipping cost is an estimate only. Charged shipping cost will never be more than quoted during checkout and is usually a bit less. Shipping charged on all backorder shipments. The total cost of shipping for an order will depend on the number of shipments needed to complete the order.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.cesfemme.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please also note that all return and exchanges, there will be restocking fee. To avoid restocking fees, please consult with us prior to its arrangement.
